Once upon a time, there was a lord who ruled over a dark kingdom. In this shadowy realm, the Lord of Darkness acted as a conductor, masterfully directing the damned souls with the wave of his baton.

By tradition, his son—the arrogant Mimiphisto—was destined to take his place, for he was quite literally consumed by his infernal calling. Time was running out.

The day of the final trial had come. In front of his peers, Mimiphisto would have to demonstrate his flawless command of the infernal rhythm to be deemed a worthy heir.
